Fralgar was discovered by the Siberian astronomer Tenalp
Raglarf in 1954.
In the early 1950's USSR radio antennas detected strange but regular
radio waves coming from outer space and thinking they were some sort of
spy mechanism from the west; the Soviets began a frantic search for the
source.
Using signal triangulation equipment and powerful
telescopes the strange planet was found.
Fralgar is a cylindrically shaped planet in one
of the oldest solar systems in the galaxy. It travels in a figure eight
orbit around two huge suns, one of which is dead.
Directly above each pole of Fralgar are two moons made mostly of magnetite.
It is the magnetic forces of the moons which have elongated Fralgar into
it's cylinder like shape. Fralgar's dimensions are proportional to an
enormous beer can with a diameter of 18,000 miles and a height of 45,000
miles. The atmosphere is a combination of helium and oxygen. The core of
the planet is molten iron and there is a great deal of iron in the surface
soil causing a red hue. The oceans appear to have a bright blue color
from an excess of copper and turquoise minerals. Due to it's atmosphere
and iron content in the soil, the plant life on Fralgar is a yellow-golden
color. Each somewhat flat polar area has a silver glow, probably mostly
ice. From a distance Fralgar appears as a red, yellow, and blue cylinder
with silver ends.
The inhabitants of Fralgar are a highly advanced race and discovered that
frequency, time, gravity, magnetism, centrifigul force, string, air
pressure, steam, flourescant lighting, ESP, and the constant movement of
the universe are all related and controllable. It is this knowledge that
has enabled them to travel throughout intergalectic space.
One unique trait of Fralgar is that when the planet is at the crossover
point in it's orbit between two suns, all clocks stop and gravity
disappears for a brief period. For many years people and objects would
spin out into space never to be seen again. Now this dangerous time
period is well scheduled for and everything except trash, junk cars,
etc is securily attached to the planet until gravity returns.
Fralgans are found living in small obscure towns scattered around the
universe studying all cultures including earth's.
All information about Fralgar has been totally denied
by western governments of the world, just as most
UFO information has always been covered up.
